MaN of mayhem

Monty is Katrine's primary show partner.  The 2 of them show successfully in eventing, with their favorite phase being cross country! Monty is a warmblood and stands over 17 hands making him the biggest in the barn.
Monty is a barn favorite. First stall in the barn and always begging for treats. Breakfast sandwich? Cake? He'll eat it! And watch out if he's roaming the property; he'll break into your tack trunk and find treats in there too!

Perfect Storm

Mystic is a Percheron Quarter Horse cross. She is used in lessons from beginners through advanced riders. She loves to go fast and loves to jump, but she loves children, making her an ideal beginner's mount as well.  She's known for her bouncy trot and enthusiastic jump, especially when she's out cross country!

Draw Four

Uno is a tall lanky thoroughbred gelding. He was rescued by Katrine when he was found neglected in a field. He was rescued with the intention of rehabbing and selling, but he quickly became a popular lesson horse. Uno is a favorite for riders of all abilities.  He is calm and easy going with a beautiful canter. He is learning to jump and it takes a solid rider to help him pick up his right lead canter.

Doc's mocha whip

Doc is a 15 hand paint. He's the perfect beginner horse. Slow and steady, Doc doesn't jump, but he's a solid mount on the flat. Don't forget to grab a crop from the tack room as Doc has a little more whoa than go!  Doc rides in a hackamore - this is a bitless bridle!

Sonny is an older Quarter Horse gelding.  He is sweet and popular with the kids and smaller adults.  He is used for our riders just starting out or for riders needing a confidence boost. Sonny walks, trots, canters and still takes small jumps!

Gem of my eye

Gemini is a tall dark thoroughbred mare. Sweet and easy going, she's a good horse for riders of most levels. She's fun to jump and teaches riders how to sit down and back, especially at the canter.

cheddar

Cheddar is our beloved barn cat. He's responsible for eliminating rodents and other unwanted critters from the barn.  You'll frequently find him hunting along the property line and you never know what surprise he'll bring home!  If he's not hunting, he's napping, usually on top of saddle pads, in a pile of hay, or on top of someone's car!
